"I received a receipt but I did not receive any confirmation email from Dockwa/the Marina!"
Upon Confirmation of your Dockwa request by the marina, you will receive 2 emails. 1) A confirmation email, which includes your reservation ID number and your itinerary. 2) A receipt for the charge that was processed upon confirmation (this will not be sent if the marina processes payment upon arrival).
If you do not receive the first email, confirmation of the request, it is possible that it was sent directly to your SPAM folder. It is important that our emails are getting delivered to you! In order to help ensure proper delivery of emails to your inbox, you can add senders of legitimate emails to your "Allowlist", also called the "Approved" or "Safe Sender" list.
