Located in your Marina Dashboard, select Messages. Here you have access to every past and ongoing conversation you have had with your customers through Dockwa Chat. These messages are automatically sorted to show you the most recent chat received first.
All unread messages will display a blue dot to the left of the message. These messages are from boaters that have either initiated a conversation with you or are replying to a message you have sent them. These messages take priority and can also be accessed directly from your main Dashboard under Unread Messages.
