Dockwa has created a streamlined system to manage billing for marinas. This billing schedule is tiered based on the duration of the reservation. There are three tiers:
Tier | Reservation Length (Nights) | Deposit Upon Confirmation | Charged Upon Arrival | Remaining Installment Schedule |
I | 0 - 29 | 1 night | Balance | N/A - Balance Met |
II | 30 - 179 | 7 nights | 23 nights | 30 days after arrival there will be a rebill of 30 nights every 30 nights until the entire balance is covered |
III | 180+ | 30 nights | N/A | 30 days after arrival there will be a rebill of 30 nights every 30 nights until the entire balance is covered |
If arrival is scheduled on the day that the reservation is made, please click here.
Tier I:
If the reservation is less than or equal to 29 nights there will be an initial deposit of one-night stay upon confirmation of the reservation by the marina. There will be one rebill of the remaining balance upon scheduled arrival at check-in time.
Tier II:
For reservations greater than 29 and less than or equal to 179 nights there will be an initial deposit of 7 nights charged upon confirmation of the reservation. Upon arrival at the marina's local check-in time, the next 23 nights will be billed. Then, 30 days after arrival there will be a rebill of 30 nights every 30 nights until the entire balance is covered
Tier III:
For reservations of more than 179 nights long, there is an initial deposit of 30 nights charged upon confirmation. Then, 30 days after arrival there will be a rebill of 30 nights every 30 nights until the entire balance is covered
