If you find that a reservation was expired that you actually have space for or the customer stayed with you after all, please follow the directions below to re-create the reservation so you can charge the boater:
- If you have not yet connected with the boater, please Chat the boater via the Expired Reservation to make sure they still want the reservation: (Instructions to Chat with Boater via Expired Reservation)
- If they still wish to stay you can use the information saved in their contact profile to Manually create the Reservation in Dockwa for the boater: (Instructions to Manually Enter a New Reservation)
