To add a slip assignment to a confirmed reservation, follow the steps below.
- Click into the confirmed reservation and from the main page, click "add assignments" under the Assignments section.
- This will bring you into the specific reservations assignment menu, where you can assign the boat a slip/mooring aka Space.
- To assign a space to the reservation, choose the space number from the drop-down menu in the "Assign All Dates" box.
- To assign multiple spaces to the reservation, choose the space number from the drop-down menu for each date/night of the reservation to reflect assignment change.
- If you are changing the space on a reservation for the remainder of the stay, you can enter it in the first night and then choose the red "Update Remaining Assignments to xx" - and this will change the rest of the nights on the reservation to that slip/mooring number.
