Add Assignment to a Confirmed Reservation

To add a slip assignment to a confirmed reservation, follow the steps below.

  1. Click into the confirmed reservation and from the main page, click "add assignments" under the Assignments section.
  2. This will bring you into the specific reservations assignment menu, where you can assign the boat a slip/mooring aka Space.
  3. To assign a space to the reservation, choose the space number from the drop-down menu in the "Assign All Dates" box.
  4. To assign multiple spaces to the reservation, choose the space number from the drop-down menu for each date/night of the reservation to reflect assignment change.
    • If you are changing the space on a reservation for the remainder of the stay, you can enter it in the first night and then choose the red "Update Remaining Assignments to xx" - and this will change the rest of the nights on the reservation to that slip/mooring number.

Please note: Assignments are not communicated automatically to customer. See: Does an Assignment get sent to the Customer Automatically?
