Add a Boater to Your Marina's Blocklist

If you need to flag a customer that has been added to your blocklist, follow the instructions below:

  • Open your Customer Contacts 
  • Search by Name or Email
  • Select the Contact
  • Click the "Requires Manual Approval" Button
  • Add a "Customer Note" to warn yourself and other staff of the issues and reasons this customer is not allowed back to your marina
  • Click "Update Contact" to save
