Set my Dockwa Account up to Receive Text Notifications

If you are a Marina User with the role "Admin" or "Dockmaster" you can set your account up to receive text message notifications for reservations, alongside email notifications. To enable text notifications, please follow the instructions below:

  • Log Into your Dockwa Account
  • Select "Boater Page" in the bottom left of your marina's dashboard page (see screenshot below)
  • Once on the boater page, select "Account" from the Account dropdown menu on the top right 
  • Here you can update your name, phone number, and email address listed on the account
    • Fill in your mobile/cell phone number in the "phone" section
    • Click the green Update Profile button 
    • Once a mobile/cell phone number is added and saved there, this will enable text notifications for this account so as long as the account is set to receive "Email Notifications" for "Dockmaster" which can be toggled on or off here:
