View and/or Print a Receipt for my Reservation

If you lost your receipt or need to go back to review past payments, you can view this in your account by following the instructions below: 

  • Log In to your Dockwa Account
  • Select "Trips" from the "Account" menu (top right corner)
  • Click the reservation you need to view the receipt for
  • If the transaction has processed successfully, it will show as "Paid" and have a link to view "Receipt"
    • Click the "Receipt" link. Here you can resend the receipt to yourself, someone else, or print the receipt for your records
